Order Tracking:

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is despatched. The email will include the tracking number of the courier used. You are then able to track the status of your order on the courier’s website. For further questions please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service eu-store@billabong.com

About Our Service:

All deliveries take place between 7.30am and 6pm Monday – Friday, unless a Saturday delivery option is chosen. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time-scales to a small number of remote rural areas. Our Couriers will not deliver to the following postcodes* on a next working day service. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days.

The delivery options are the same for every product unless stated in the description on the product page.

Up to 2KG the parcel may be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and is up to Two Seasons' discretion.

Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

Next working day delivery

(This service is not available from 2pm June 2nd, until June 8th)

Order before 2pm Monday - Thursday and get it the next day.
Order before 2pm Friday and get it on Monday (unless opted for Saturday Delivery).
Order after 2pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday and get it on Tuesday.

Attempted Delivery Information:

Parcel Force requires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery the driver will try your immediate neighbour or take it to your local Post Office for you to collect. If the Parcel Force depot is closer, your parcel will go there instead. The driver will leave a card informing you of where they have left your parcel.

Royal Mail:

If you are not in they will try your immediate neighbour or take it to your local Royal Mail delivery office (not Post Office) for you to collect. They will hold on to this for 14 days. The driver should leave a calling card informing you of where they have left it. Please note that the Standard Royal Mail delivery service is not tracked, if you would prefer a tracked service then please ensure you choose any one of the other options, such as our Courier Tracked service which is sent through Parcel Force.

Shipping Special Instructions

The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. "Last house at end of driveway", "Office hours 8:30 until 19:30"). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as "Deliver between 1-2pm" or "Leave parcel in garden shed".
Billabong cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
