30 Day Returns Policy.

Christmas Returns:

Items purchased as Christmas presents from the 19th November which fall outside of the current 30 days refund policy can be issued with a refund until the 8th January 2019. We are unable to offer exchanges online. Please note, any promotional offers on original purchases cannot be used on the exchanged items past the expiry dates.

Return Information:

1. Please ensure all items returned are unworn / unused with original labels & packaging in place. Any item returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.

2. Ensure that the parcel is securely closed using adhesive tape and affix the return label provided to the parcel (mandatory).

3. Return the parcel to the address given below. The return label is not a transport label and does not exempt you from the postage cost of the return.

4. We are unable to exchange items bought online. If you would like alternative items, then please place a new order and we will refund the item/s returned once we have received them at our warehouse.

5. We are unable to issue refunds in store for online purchases.

6. Please allow 3-5 working days once your returns have reached us, to give us time to process your returns. You have 30 days to return your item/s from receipt of your parcel.

You have to send your return to the following address using a carrier of your choice, at your expense, obtaining a tracking number or proof of postage.
